Lady Weaver, Secretary of State
The Secretary of State is the highest position any elected official may aspire to in government. The Leader of the part which commands an majority in Parliament is appointed to the positional by the Sovereign.
The Secretary of State co-ordinates the party's policy, working with all the Privy Councillors in establishing an set agenda to be approved by the Sovereign.
The Secretary of State also has duties within the People's palace, contributing to debate and lobbying for bills to be passed.
The Current Secretary of State is Lady Mary Weaver, 1st Viscountess of Pelmsbroke. Prior to her appointment she was Minister for Education, and prior to that she was Shadow Minister for Culture. Lady weaver has an L.LB in Law from King George University, she is married and has two children.
